3. Retreat Participation

  • Stay within designated activity areas

  • Swimming

  • Boating or water activities

  • Use of illegal substances

  • Unsafe or reckless behavior

Guests who violate these rules may be asked to leave without refund.

5. Booking & Payments

Retreat availability is limited and may require advance registration or payment.

Specific payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund details will be provided at the time of booking or registration.

Campoutventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule retreats due to weather, safety concerns, insufficient enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, guests may be offered a refund, credit, or transfer to a future retreat at Campoutventures’ discretion.

6. Assumption of Risk

By participating in Campoutventures experiences, guests acknowledge that outdoor activities carry inherent risks.

Participation is voluntary, and guests assume responsibility for their own participation and conduct.

All participants are required to review and sign a separate liability waiver prior to participation.

7. Health & Medical Responsibility

Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate in activities.

Participants should disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs prior to attendance.

Campoutventures is not responsible for medical expenses incurred during participation.

8. Alcohol Policy

Campoutventures does not sell or provide alcohol.

Guests may bring personal alcohol for responsible consumption where permitted.

Campoutventures reserves the right to limit or prohibit alcohol use if it creates safety concerns.

9. Intellectual Property
